Gabe Rubin left a software job to start a bagel food truck in San Diego with almost no restaurant experience. Mission Bagel started as a pop-up and a food truck, then grew into the shop on Garnet Ave, where Gabe and his family roll bagels every morning.
Mission Bagel is a proudly Jewish, family-run neighborhood bagel shop. Come for breakfast, stay for an open mic night or a community event.
